TTM Laundry was established on 10 March 2013 to fulfill the lack of standard laundry services in Phnom Penh amid the growing demand for quality laundry services from the tourism and entertainment industries such as Hotels, Restaurants, Spa and Massage Shops, etc. The company has officially been registered and obtained the business operation license from the Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia with registered No. 3621 ពណ គអ to provide laundry and dry-cleaning services throughout Phnom Penh Capital.
Vision
TTM Laundry aims to be a leading laundry service provider for tourism-related businesses across Cambodia in contributing to the development of domestic tourism through providing a comfortable staying environment for local and international tourists.
Mission
To achieve this long-term goal, the company management has identified the following missions and action plan:
Develop human resources with strong expertise in the field of quality laundry, strong responsibility and deliver great customer service.
Contribute in promoting tourism in Cambodia, especially for the hospitality industry by providing comfortable accommodation to guests.
Raise people's awareness on the benefits of standardized laundry. Contribute in uplifting the standard of laundry service throughout Cambodia by various activities
Action plan
To achieve the company's long-term vision, we have identified four major action plans:
Continuing in developing modern and automated washing machines and appliances to ensure high efficiency, convenience and fast speed.
Selecting standard laundry chemical supplier(s) to serve the growing hospitality sector by ensuring high level of cleanliness, hygiene, long-lasting color and prolong the stuff’s durability.
Developing human resources with regular training on working procedure to ensure they carry strong working discipline and dignity.
Establishing clear working standards and procedures so that the personnel effectively and efficiently perform and fulfill their duties.

Message From CEO
Laundry on dresses and other essential items play an important role in ensuring the clean, enjoyable and safe living environment. Laundry service is even more vital for the tourism industry, especially in the accommodation and entertainment businesses where comfortable hospitality for tourists must be guaranteed to motivate them for repeated visitation to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
However, I have noticed that so far many accommodation and entertainment services have yet fully recognized the benefits of standard laundry services offered by experts as they treat laundry a simple issue that they can do themselves. In contrast, a standard laundry requires high quality skills and chemicals that can ensure the material cleanliness while at the same time without endangering the health of users.
I want to contribute to the prosperity of tourism industry in Cambodia, especially on the accommodation sector through offering cleaner environment, and hygiene without awful smells or affect the tourists’ skin that haunt them not to return to our nation.
I also want to contribute in reducing the toxic smoke and chemical emission in the tourist sites caused by laundry activities to help the environment since major hotels that rely on self-laundry service don’t usually depend on electricity, but diesel. This produces more toxic emissions into our atmosphere.
TTM Laundry's vision is to broaden our services throughout the country so as to help Hotels, Restaurants, Spa and Massage Shops in providing high quality and comfortable accommodation experiences to their esteemed guests.
